About Zoheb
I am an entrepreneur and real estate investor with a proven track record of scaling operating businesses and driving strategic property acquisitions. My business journey began by taking the reins of a small, family-owned convenience store, expanding its operations, and leading it to a successful exit. That experience ignited my passion for deal structuring and negotiations, prompting a natural pivot into real estate alongside expanding my operations as a 7-Eleven Franchisee.
In 2022, I co-founded KZ Property Investment with a close partner. Today, we focus on building and managing our proprietary real estate portfolio, with a heavy emphasis on acquiring and optimizing manufactured housing communities
