Originally from Bloomington, IN based out of Orange City, FL since June of 2022. I specialize in Property Management, having experience in the field in since I was 18 starting as a Leasing agent for a management company with 400 units, then moved to run a 130 unit portfolio comprised of 5 properties with a team of 3. Currently a student at the UCF studying finance, while managing 10 units comprised of everything from Financial statements, Leasing, Maintenance and capital improvements.
