John Kavaliauskas
Real Estate Agent with LoKation Real Estate in St Pete Beach, FL
About John
Team Beachside is with LoKation Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers on the Gulf beaches of Pinellas County, from Pass-a-Grille and Tierra Verde to Clearwater Beach. John spent part of his childhood on St. Pete Beach, and we have called Florida home for more than 25 years. We price homes with real data from what sold, sat, and expired nearby, put insurance and flood costs on the table up front, and market every listing to the out-of-town buyers who pay beach prices. Sellers get a written update every week. We also help buyers and investors with condo due diligence, rental rules, and new construction.
