About Steven

I was born and raised on a farm in Iowa, where my brothers and I are now the fourth generation to care for our family's land. That upbringing taught me the importance of hard work, honesty, and treating people right.

Before real estate, I spent 20 years in the computer industry and another 20 years in the boating and RV businesses. In 2009, I joined a real estate team on Marco Island and discovered how much I enjoyed helping people find the right property.

I've now been a licensed Realtor for 11 years. My goal is simple: listen to my clients, understand what they are looking for, and make the buying or selling process as smooth as possible.
