"as soon as he could", Keith spent 20 years as a licensed realtor & appraiser in Illinois, developing a sharp eye for property valuation & transaction structuring. His experience broadened further as Chief Investment Office of Grand Vision Capital Group, a real estate investment firm that acquires & manages apartment communities.
Alongside his real estate career, Keith was a professional firefighter paramedic for 28 years, reflecting his service-first helping-others mindset. As a highly skilled real estate professional, Keith joined LoKation® Real Estate in Texas, where he guides his personal network through well informed, strategically sound fundaments, backed by decades of hands-on experience.
Keith is the proud father of an enlisted son in the US Army & a daughter who loves to sing while he plays the guitar and a loving wife who loves family time and travel.
