Born and raised in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. I have been in and around the real estate business since 1996.
I started in the mortgage business as a loan originator. I quickly advanced to a retail mortgage sales manager. I have originated a vast variety of mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, Non Qualified Mortgages. I have run several mortgage business and currently am a Florida Mortgage Loan Originator.
During the financial crisis that began in 2008 and 2009, I helped reposess defaulted mortgages through local law firms and national lenders. I have been a landlord and an investor. I have been involved in Section 8 housing voucher program.
I have received advanced training that allows me to better serve buyers and sellers. I hold the SRES designation. I have completed the required coursework pending transactional requirements for ABR, SRS, PSA and SFR designations and certifications.
My service areas are Pompano Beach, Wilton Manors, Ft Lauderdale, and Lauderdale by the Sea.
