About Cheryld

I have spent over 20 years helping buyers and sellers navigate Florida real estate, and I am proud to call Brevard County home. With LoKation Real Estate, I help buyers find homes that fit their goals and sellers market their properties for the best possible price. I strive to make every move smooth through personal attention, clear communication, and dependable guidance.

My husband, Joe, and I recently married. He is also a Realtor, and we work together on the HOME GIRLS BREVARD team. Outside of work, we love riding motorcycles and exploring new places. I also enjoy paddleboarding.

Florida’s Space Coast offers rocket launches, beautiful beaches, boating, fishing, and cruises from Port Canaveral, with Orlando attractions nearby.

My faith guides my life and work. I strive to honor God and serve others with honesty, compassion, and integrity. Whether you are buying, selling, or starting a new chapter on the Space Coast, I would be honored to help.
